Jay Z is definitely in his moment. Academy Award winning director Ron Howard has signed on to helm Jay-Z’s Budweiser Made in America, a film about the festival that will be held this labor day weekend. In a statement Howard said, “This will not be a concert film; it’s a reflection of the fabric of what it means to be Made in America – what the festival represents, why Jay is doing it and how he relates to each artist.” Heady stuff.
